Domain Registration

Domain purchases are typically non-refundable once registered, in line with global standards.
Domains may only be eligible for a refund if cancelled within 5 days of registration, subject to exceptions and registry rules.

Hosting

Hosting services may be refundable only if cancelled within 30 days of purchase and if the account remains unused.
Renewal payments and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to defective or wrong item delivered.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or exchange.

Exceptions

Customized, perishable, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

Digital Promotion & Marketing Services

Once campaigns, promotions, or content have been launched, these services are non-refundable.
Any customized service or campaign is billed as used once initiated.

If a refund is agreed, processing will take 60 to 90 days, subject to deductions for monthly fees, SMS charges, and a 15% processing fee.
All payments and refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
